Dr Burt is also a leading expert of dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) being one of the few surgeons who can perform this procedure internally (endonasal) – a technique which he introduced to West Texas and Southern New Mexico region as Head Of Oculoplastics at Texas Tech University.
